Booking information

At the time of Booking a non refundable deposit of £50 will be taken to secure your appointment. This can be done via PayPal (see Prices page) or bank transfer. This cost will be deducted off of the price of your treatment on the day.

In order to facilitate the running of the appointment system, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for these appointments. Once we have received notice of 48 hours of the date and time of scheduled appointment, the £50 deposit may be carried forward to a future appointment attended within a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Remaining balance on the day must be paid in full (unless on a payment plan). We accept most major credit cards but not American Express. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card or cash. Cheques are not accepted.

 

Retouch / maintenance information.

All new permanent make up treatments include a free retouch. Re-touch appointments must be be within 3 months after the initial appointment. If you fail to attend a booked appointment or do not book within 3 months then normal retouch/maintenance prices will be charged.

 

Colour boost (maintenance) prices are for our previous clients, if you have had permanent make up done elsewhere and wish for a retouch the full price for the new procedure will be charged unless discussed before booking.

Any corrections must be discussed first, it is not always possible to help clients that have been unhappy with permanent make up that has been done elsewhere and additional charges may apply. please book a consultation to discuss.

Annual colour boosts (maintenance) and beauty spots are one treatment only.

 

General information

Lyndsey Roome is  not qualified to give you any medical advice. You will be required to read and accept the consent forms before any treatment will be carried out.

Photographs (of treated area only) will be taken during the procedure to document the area being treated and Lyndsey Roome has consent to use images on the website and social media sites.

Pre drawing will be shown to you before any pigments are put into the skin. Your acceptance of the pre drawing is consent to go ahead with the treatment.

Colours used are individually selected by Lyndsey, however pigments/colours can be different person to person. This is why we have a free retouch appointment.

Colour is initially 50% darker when treatment has just been done, this will fade as the pigment settles into the skin and as all skin heals differently hair stokes may blur over time.

After your treatment you will be given an aftercare pack with an advice sheet and balm, you should endeavour to keep the area clean and refrain from touching as this may cause infections.

 

Payment Plans.

Payment plans can be agreed and a disclaimer must be signed.

By signing you agree that the procedure isn’t complete until you have attended both appointments (first and retouch), and that if you fail to attend the 2nd appointment 3 months after the initial appointment then you will charged as a new procedure when you return. The deposit on the payment plan is £150 and is non refundable,48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Once we have received notice of 48 hours of the date and time of scheduled appointment, the £150 deposit may be carried forward to a future appointment attended within a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation.
